Do I need farming experience?
No. Morayo Farms is fully managed by agricultural professionals, so you earn without lifting a finger.
Can I visit the land?
Yes. We offer physical and live virtual inspections.
When do I start earning?
Returns are seasonal and depend on the crop. Plantain and cassava give quicker returns than long-term crops.
Can I build a house on my farm plot?
No. Farm plots are for agriculture only. To build a home, choose a Morayo Residence plot. You can own both.
Who controls the produce?
You do. Sell it yourself, sell it to us, or ask us to sell it on your behalf.
Are there extra charges?
Farm plots have a monthly management fee of ₦30,000 per acre. Residential plots carry a one-time development levy, which your advisor will confirm.
Is the land title secure?
Yes. Your land is documented in your name after full payment, with offer letters and receipts for every payment.
What if I miss a payment?
We offer reasonable grace periods and can restructure your plan if you talk to us early.
